About ABRAM
ABRAM is the Creative Intelligence platform. It's where filmmakers, agencies and creators plan and run their productions.
ABRAM is for production companies, agencies and independent producers. It brings script and brief breakdown, shooting schedules, crew rosters with rates and availability, equipment and vehicle tracking, digital call sheets, run of show, client portals and production accounting into a single workspace.
The free plan covers one seat and one production in total, finished ones included, with digital call sheets and a fully editable stripboard, with no expiry and no card required. Paid plans are Pro at $25 a seat a month for one person or a small crew, and Studio at $65 a seat a month for a company. Neither is sold from a seat minimum.
A project is structured as work packages by phase, so pre-production, the shoot and post are separate groups, and each package holds the deliverables under it with their state, their estimated and logged hours and their due date. A project carries sections for Overview, Plan, Production, Resources, Budgeting, Files, Client and Activity.
Schedules, call sheets and reporting export to PDF and spreadsheet formats on the plans that include export. Seat counts and per-feature availability are set out on the pricing page.
Run of Show gives live, broadcast and event productions a minute-by-minute segment timeline with role-based column presets for producer, camera, audio, graphics, replay and stage manager. Segments can be entered by hand or generated from a free-text outline of the show. Dragging a segment recalculates surrounding times, and a shift times tool bulk-adjusts a whole run. Go Live mode turns it into a show-control tool that tracks elapsed against scheduled time and reports variance, with pause, resume, advance and end controls.
The Client Portal gives each client a private space to review deliverables, approve quotes, pay invoices and submit new requests through a secure magic link, with no password or account on their side. Visibility is controlled per client and per item, so clients see only what has been explicitly marked portal-visible, and a client discussion thread keeps that conversation separate from internal team chat. The portal carries the studio's logo, and on Pro and above its accent colour and footer text. Revisions submitted as Vimeo links play inside the portal with timecoded comments and markers. Client portals require a Pro plan or higher.
The Free plan includes a starter amount of ABRAM AI, good for 30 days. A team starts on a 30-day Studio trial with AI included and no card.
