ABRAM plans, seats, limits and feature gating

ABRAM is the Creative Intelligence platform. It's where filmmakers, agencies and creators plan and run their productions. ABRAM sells four plans: Free, Pro, Studio, SMB / Enterprise. Free, Pro and Studio are bought from the pricing page and none of them has a seat minimum, so one person can buy any of them. SMB / Enterprise starts at 21 seats and is uncapped above that, its price is custom and agreed in a conversation, and its AI usage and workspace storage are custom too. It adds Barcode scanning, Single sign-on and SAML, Audit log export, The AI kill switch, A named account manager and an SLA, Security review, MSA and PO invoicing, Built for you. Its processing fee is set in the contract. Seats are for your own team. External crew, cast and vendors do not take a seat.

1. Plans, prices, seats and every cap

Storage packages for Pro and above: 1 TB for $25, 5 TB for $125 or 10 TB for $250 a month.

2. Capability gates

The plan named is the lowest plan the capability is available on. Every plan above it has it too. Everything in the list below is on every plan, including the free one: Productions, run of show, wrap reports. The stripboard, your own calendar and bookings. Budgets and expenses, and payouts set up once. Skills that level up from the hours you work. Growth. Your week, recapped. Your profile, your rate, your Link Hub page. Project importers: The new importers bring projects in from a CSV file, Jira, Asana or Monday: milestones, deliverables and checklists, with people matched to your team. An owner or admin connects each tool once.

3. Payments and payouts

• Processing fee:charged on payments that move between people through ABRAM, worked out on the payee's plan, and applied only to the volume above a monthly allowance that is never charged. The ladder is marginal. Free: 3% of everything. Pro: 1% above the first $10k a month. Studio: 0.5% above the first $100k a month. SMB / Enterprise: set in your contract. This is separate from Stripe's own card processing fees.
• Payouts:payees connect their own Stripe account and are the merchant of record on it. An invoice cannot be paid until the payee has completed Stripe onboarding and their account is enabled for charges. Refunds and disputes are handled from the payee's own Stripe dashboard, and the ABRAM processing fee is non-refundable once a payment completes.
• Purchase order holds: on Pro and above, a 7-day pre-authorization can be placed on a client card and captured when the payee accepts the order.
• Extra usage: Need more? Paid plans can turn on extra usage, billed monthly, with a spend limit you set. Extra usage is on Pro, Studio, SMB / Enterprise with a live subscription. Organization owners and admins turn it on and set the spend limit in Settings, Billing, and it starts once the included AI usage for the month is spent.

4. Seats, caps and AI usage

• Seats are for your own team. External crew, cast and vendors do not take a seat.
• Crew from outside your org: people from outside the organization count inside the crew cap for a production, never on top of it: Free: 2, Pro: 10, Studio: 100, SMB / Enterprise: uncapped. On every plan, one outside person can be on at most 3of the organization's active productions (planning, in progress or on hold) at once. Past that they need a seat.
• No seat minimum: Pro is sold from one seat and stops at 5, so one person pays $25 a month for it and a full 5 seats is $125 a month, and Studio is sold from one seat and stops at 20, so one person pays $65 a month for it and a full 20 seats is $1,300 a month. Past twenty seats the plan is SMB / Enterprise, which is uncapped and agreed in a conversation.
• The free production cap is a total:a free account can hold one production, counted across everything it has ever made. Archiving a production does not free the slot and deleting it does. A new account's starter project is that one production, so deleting the starter frees the slot.
• AI usage: Free: Try ABRAM AI. Pro: AI usage included, per seat. Studio: 3x more AI usage than Pro, per seat. SMB / Enterprise: Custom AI usage. On a per-seat plan the included AI usage multiplies by the seat count, and it resets each month.
• Workspace promotion: moving a personal workspace to Studio converts it into an organization, asking for a company name on the way through. Settings, Workspace, Company setup does the same at any time.

5. Registration

Anyone can create a free ABRAM account at https://app.abram.network/signup. No card is required for the free plan. Sign-up asks what the person makes and whether it is just them or a team, then opens a starter project for that kind of work. Choosing Just me starts on Free, and choosing A team starts a 30-day Studio trial with no card.
