What does ABRAM track in an inventory?

Equipment by department, covering camera, lighting, grip, audio, props, set dec and wardrobe, alongside vehicles, stages and locations. Every row carries quantity, condition, location, serial number and a day rate.

How does ABRAM stop a double booking?

ABRAM checks each request against the quantity you own for the exact window asked for. When a booking would take more units than exist, ABRAM refuses the write and names the dates already spoken for.

Can a full camera package be booked in one move?

Yes. A kit bundles a package into one bookable thing, and booking the kit books every item inside it.

How does a day rate reach the budget?

Every item carries a day rate, and booking one copies that rate onto the booking itself. The project resource list shows the rate, the quantity and the window on every line, and exports as CSV.

What moves across from Rentman?
