Client Intake Forms, Request Reads and Quotes for Studios and Agencies
ABRAM is the Creative Intelligence platform. It's where filmmakers, agencies and creators plan and run their productions. ABRAM client intake is a form builder with a live preview whose answers ABRAM reads for fit, capacity, budget and missing information, so an accepted quote becomes the project. It is for studios and agencies that take on client work.
ABRAM takes client work in through intake forms the studio builds itself. The builder puts the form on the left and a live preview on the right, and the preview is the same form the client fills in. Any question can be set to show only after a particular answer to an earlier question. A question can also be mapped, so the answer lands where it belongs, such as the budget.

ABRAM’s Read of Each Request
Each request is read when it arrives. The read gives a short summary, the deliverables it names, a budget range, the dates and an hours estimate, and four flags: Fit, set against past projects and the services the studio offers; Capacity, the hours needed against the hours the team has open; Budget, the stated budget against the scope and similar past jobs; and Missing info, what the brief leaves out. Each flag explains itself in one line, and the flags are never added up into a score. Reading a request counts toward your AI usage.
From Request to Quote to Project
On the request page, Quote this drafts a quote prefilled from the request and opens it for review; nothing reaches the client until the studio sends it. Once the client accepts, Convert to project creates the project with the quote carried across. A request can also be approved directly, scoped with ABRAM, or rejected.
