Client Portals, Deliverable Approvals and Invoicing for Creative Studios

ABRAM gives every client their own portal under the studio’s name. The client sees the projects shared with them, the deliverables inside each one with their version numbers and due dates, the milestone schedule, and a discussion thread attached to the work it is about. Approving a deliverable changes the state of that deliverable itself, timestamped, and the studio sees it change in the same moment. The invoice is raised against the approved work, and the quotes going out, the invoices awaiting payment and the payouts owed to crew and vendors sit on one financial surface.

What a Client Can and Cannot See

The studio’s own plan holds every task, every logged hour and every person assigned. The portal holds the deliverables shared with that client and the dates attached to them. A client link reaches the projects attached to that client and nothing else in the workspace, and the studio can withdraw it when the job closes.
