Run the whole platformby asking for it
ABRAM answers from your live workspace, drafts your paperwork and carries out multi-step work. Nothing changes until you approve it.
Free plan. No card. Nothing to wire up.

No MCP to wire up
It already has your data and its own actions. Nothing to connect.
Nothing happens silently
Every change is an Action Plan you approve first.
Answers from live data
Projects, budgets, invoices and capacity, with links.
Drafts the paperwork
Briefs, invoices, quotes, call sheets and run of show.
Ask for a crew. Get names back.
Fifteen roles on a project with the best-match column still empty. ABRAM names a candidate for every one, scores it against the skills the role asks for, and says whether that person is genuinely free for the dates.
Roster search and matchmaking are on the paid plans.

Before: fifteen roles from Producer through Media Manager, nobody named.

After: a candidate on every role, scored 56 to 93, with Invite on the row.
Answers come from the live workspace
Twelve active projects, the budget invoiced against what has actually been collected, what is overdue and what is due inside a fortnight. Ask about any of it and the answer is the current one.

What it can read
It writes back in plain language
Hours logged over the last seven days, the skill that moved most, what shipped, what it noticed going cold, and the timecards left to clear.

Answers carry links
Ask about a project, a budget or an invoice and the reply points at the page the answer came from.
Nothing happens silently
Anything transactional is written up as an Action Plan and stays pending until you approve it.
It never moves money
It will not send a payment or approve an invoice. That stays a manual act in the financial area.
AI features run on credits. The free plan includes 80 to trial them, and a monthly allowance starts on Pro at $20 a seat a month. See what each plan includes.

About ABRAM
ABRAM is the assistant built into the ABRAM Network. There is no MCP server to configure, no API keys to manage and no integration layer to maintain: it ships with the platform, already has access to the workspace, and exposes its own actions. It opens either as a slide-out side panel that follows you between screens or as a full-page chat for longer sessions, and it offers context-aware suggested prompts based on the page you are on.
It answers questions about projects, schedules, budgets, invoices and team capacity in plain language and returns current answers with links to the relevant pages. It can search an internal roster conversationally, for example finding video editors in a given city who are free next week, and when a restrictive search returns nothing it relaxes constraints in a defined order and explains in the reply exactly what it changed.
For anything transactional it builds an Action Plan first: a structured summary of the recipient, project, role, rate and target hours, held in a pending state until the user clicks Approve. It is designed never to send emails, dispatch invitations or execute updates silently in the background. A hard financial guardrail means it will never send a payment or approve an invoice, which stays a manual action in the financial area of the platform.
It generates creative briefs, invoices, quotes, call sheets and run of show documents into a preview canvas exportable to PDF, Word or CSV, can update a project's status, budget or schedule on request, can start a script or screenplay breakdown as a background job, and can optionally search the web when an answer is not already in the workspace.
Personal memory and an organization-wide brain give it context from project history, crew rosters, equipment and past intake, so its recommendations reflect how a team actually works. Agent Skills let a user save named, reusable instruction sets that shape how it responds without repeating the same instructions each time. Safeguards cap external invitations at ten per day, block duplicate invitations, route already-registered emails to the internal roster, and refuse off-topic prompts without consuming credits.
