Publish a single film or picture on a page of its own, with nothing beside it.

Only what's ready

Films and pictures go public once they are ready to play.

Every film,with its credits.

Each film and picture carries a public description and a Credits section with every name and role. Call it Credits, or give it a heading of your own, like Made by.

More from the Reel

A film opened inside a Reel shows the rest of the Reel under it. A film page stands on its own.

Embed it on your site

Get started

ABRAM Reel

ABRAM is the Creative Intelligence platform. It's where filmmakers, agencies and creators plan and run their productions. ABRAM Reel publishes a studio's finished films and pictures from Assets in ABRAM to public pages at abram.studio. It is for production companies, agencies and creators who send their finished work to clients and want it at a link of their own. A Reel lives in Assets, beside the review and storage the films already went through: https://abram.network/review.

Publishing

In Assets, select several films and pictures, right-click and choose Publish reel. The selection’s ready films and pictures go on in order, under a title (the folder or collection name until another is typed), a public description and a cover film. One film or picture can be published alone from its own menu, as Publish film or Publish picture, on a page with nothing else on it. Each Reel has a settings page in Assets where its items are added or removed and each item’s description and credits are edited. Owners and admins publish. Unpublishing takes the page down for everyone at once.

Addresses

A Reel is at abram.studio/<studio>/<reel> and a film inside it at abram.studio/<studio>/<reel>/<film>. A film or picture published alone is at abram.studio/<studio>/<page>. When a studio changes its studio link, links with the old name forward to the new one, and no other studio can take the old name; the studio itself can take it back. Renaming one Reel’s own link does not forward: the old link to that Reel stops working.

The pages

A Reel opens on its cover film playing muted under the title and description, with one Play button, then every film and picture as same-size tiles. A film page shows the player, the title, the studio, a Share button, an Embed button for films, the public description and a Credits section, each credit a picture or initials, a name and a role; the section can carry its own heading, such as Made by or Team. A film opened inside a Reel also shows More from that Reel; a film or picture published on its own shows nothing else. Buttons are icons, and the top bar turns to glass as the page scrolls. Only films that are ready to play and pictures in PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP or AVIF are shown. A film can be embedded on another site with its embed code, from app.abram.network/embed; pictures cannot be embedded. ABRAM plays what was uploaded to it, and links to other video sites are not accepted as versions.
